Hello, to all of my "constituents", this is going to be the place where I post my videos and sources of information on what is happening in the political world, world news and events, etc. Most of you know that I am very political minded and can't help from posting these things! I hope to run the current Republicans out of office would be my first start. This notion of non-compromise and no alternatives has gotta go! It is time to get those "do-nothingers" out, out, out! This is not to say I agree always with the Democrats, in office, or out. Let's just put it this way - I used to vote Republican because they wanted to balance the budget and decrease the deficit. Ronald Reagan and the rest proved me wrong on that stance. Then, along came Bill Clinton who not only espoused these same principles, but made me realize, I had been routing for action and progressive thinking more than I thought. I am proud to say that I voted for Bill Clinton. He not only got the budget passed, he left a surplus which was wasted under the following REPUBLICAN leader.
I know my friends liked President Bush because he would have made an excellent party buddy, but let's get the facts straight : He lied to get us into a war in Iraq, he put us into astounding debt, and it was just embarrassing to have a commander-in-chief who cared so little about world politics. After all, how long can we be respected if our leaders prefer the No-talking diplomacy of the Bush era? Well, like I said, this is the first of my Deep Thoughts. More of this to come.
